“Brown Bros Drilling was contracted by our local Council and a Nationwide Environmental Specialist group to undertake a Geotechnical program with a particularly difficult site. Access required a crane lift, for the drill rig, over a small river. Our new rubber track-mounted Hanjin Goetechnical Drill Rig, with S.P.T Hammer, was employed. The rig is light enough to be craned over the river. We then trammed the rig along a very narrow, steep track to the drill sites. Drill holes were completed with HQ Core and S.P.T’s with no incidents.”
